The argument

Nothing here was built because it would demo well. Every screen in this system replaced a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group or a due date that had already gone past inside this firm — and the firm is still filing on it this month, which is the only test of practice software that means anything.

What it actually does for a practice.

Six things, in the order a firm runs into them. No adjectives, no percentages we cannot stand behind, and no client logos we were never given permission to print.

    The statutory calendar files on time

    GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, ITR and ROC generated a year ahead from the rule rather than typed in. A five-step reminder ladder counts down from sixty days. An extension recorded once moves the date for every client at once.

    The case is the unit of work

    Money, documents, messages, filings and approvals all hang off one case with a stage tracker, a document checklist and an SLA. Not a contact list with notes stapled to it.

    GST invoicing that would survive an audit

    Gapless numbering per financial year, CGST/SGST against IGST decided from place of supply, TDS under s.194J, and an issued invoice the database itself refuses to alter.

    One client cannot see another

    Isolation is enforced in the database by row-level security, not by remembering to filter a query. Your firm gets its own database — not a row in a shared one.

    Your process, as configuration

    Stages, branch conditions, document gates, approval gates and per-stage SLAs are edited on a screen. Adding a service you sell does not need an engineer.

    A record of who did what

    Every read, change and refusal against a name and a time, append-only. Reading a colleague’s trail is itself recorded, which is the only version of supervision that survives being explained to the people under it.

01The calendar

Every return, generated a year before it is due.

GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, ITR and ROC come from the rule rather than from somebody typing them in. A five-step ladder counts down from sixty days, and a government extension recorded once moves the date for every client at once.

02The case

Money, paperwork and messages on one thread.

A case carries its own stage tracker, document checklist, approval gates and SLA — copied from the workflow when it opens and frozen for its life, so a template edited next month cannot rewrite what a client was promised.

  • Branch conditions: an NRI director routes through Apostille, a resident does not
  • Document gates that hold a stage until the paperwork is in
  • An append-only timeline — corrections are new entries, never edits

03The money

  • Numbering by row lock, not a sequence — a rollback returns the number
  • Corrections are credit notes with their own series, never an edit
  • Payment settles the invoice and starts the work in one transaction

Isolation

Your own database, not a row in ours.

The six questions a practice asks us before it moves, answered here rather than on a call.

Is our data mixed in with other firms’?

No. Each firm gets its own database and its own instance. Two firms cannot see each other’s records because the records are not in the same database — there is no filter to get wrong.

What counts as a person we pay for?

An active staff login. Someone who has left and been deactivated does not count. Each plan includes a minimum, and you are billed on the greater of that minimum and your actual count.

Do our clients log in?

Not today. You add and manage your clients inside the system, and you can send a document to a client through a one-time-code link without them needing an account.

Can we try it before paying?

Yes. Sign-up starts a trial on the plan you choose, with no payment method needed to begin. We will email you when your workspace is ready.

What happens if we stop paying?

Your access pauses after a grace period; your data is not deleted. If you cancel, we keep it for a retention window so you can get it out, and the date is recorded rather than decided later.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. It is your database. Export is a permission inside the product, and every export is logged against the person who ran it.
